Lance Crawford is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia and Oregon, currently based in Portland. Since 2013, he has worked with diverse populations, including young adults, at-risk youth, LGBTQIA+ individuals, those navigating addiction, and underserved communities.
He holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Morgan State University. His work is rooted in the belief that everyone is capable of living a life filled with meaning and purpose.
Lance’s counseling style is relational and organic, emphasizing trust and authentic connection. He is a Level II AEDP therapist, trained in Interpersonal Neurobiology, and integrates approaches from Attachment Theory, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. His goal is to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of self to create meaningful change.
