Perinatal Support

Postpartum Support International (PSI) – DC Chapter

Offers local and virtual support groups for perinatal mental health, including anxiety, depression, and birth trauma. Also provides a directory of trained providers and a helpline.

PSI Online Support Groups

Free virtual support groups for perinatal individuals and partners, including groups for Black moms, NICU parents, military families, and more.

PACE (Parenting and Child Education)

Support groups for mothers with babies ages 2 weeks to 5 months. Groups offer emotional processing, community, and expert facilitation.

MomEase

Provides prenatal and postpartum education, fitness classes, and support programs for expecting and new parents across the DC area.

The Breastfeeding Center for Greater Washington

A nonprofit offering lactation consultations, prenatal breastfeeding classes, and postpartum support to families in the DC area.
